Where is my package? I cant keep staying home. It says will be delivered today on the 12th and the same on the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th. When I get a message that it will be delivered today I stay home to accept the package. I can no longer keep staying home. I have a life and things I must get done. I have never had a problem before but this is beyond ridicules!! Now I am not sure what to do. I have tried to contact lazada to request another delivery company! I am waiting for their return message.

Ninjavan just keeps holding out parcels and items and do not providing any updates even though the item is already at the Local Hub, J&T does a better job so much that it delivers the items and parcel advance, like after arriving at the Local Hub they also deliver that item within the same day unlike Ninjavan. It has already been days and still no update and they won't let the items be picked up from their hub too by customers themselves.

Courier/ delivery men should call prior to delivery. I had no calls received yet it was feedbacked by the courier that i was unreachable
