I order last September 23, 2023 on tiktok. Naghintay ako ng napakatagal kasi 24 nasa laguna na tapos na stock lang dun ng ilang days. September 28 out for delivery na pero maghapon walang dumating. I even contacted the courier pero hindi sumagot sa mga tatlong tawag ko pero sa susunod na tawag di na ma contact. Tapos pag track ko ng order ko yung nakasaad doon is "couldn't be delivered because the delivery was rescheduled by the costumer" na kung tutuusin di ko naman rescheduled and in fact naghintay talaga ako sa parcel ko. Dito lang talaga sa shipping company nato ako nangingil ng malala. Please improve your service kasi j&t palang hindi niyo na mapantayan lalo pa kaya ibang shipping company.

Courier service in NinjaVan tanjay is really disgusting. They always said that costumer's hasn't been contacting but the fact is complaining about the place of the costumer's. Your courier service always like that. They won't deliver it and write immediately the reason that was not true. I always waiting but your courier always said they wouldn't contacted the costumer's.
