napaka car3less ng ninjavan na yan dalawang beses na umabot ang parcel ko ng zamboanga city samantalang zamboanga del sur pagadian city ung adress ko ano ba yan! ayusin nyo naman yan ngaun pangatlo na parcel nag email ako sa support center nila aba ang tindi ganun pa din nakakainis naman kau!!!!!!!

I suggest if there is changes with regards to the delivery schedule please inform your customers by sending them a text message or a call, because they already put there contact number including there address. I have a parcel that schedule to receive last March 24, 2023. But until this day I didn't receive it yet, and worst I didn't get any information on what happened or next step to do for me to receive my parcel! I'm really disappointed with this delivery company!!!

Sana po pag naka provide na ng tamang details. ma deliver na agad yung parcel. sa experince ko ilang beses pa ako nag comply ng tamang details tapos di pa din na deliver ang parcel.

Yung order ko sa iba bahay binigay ni hindi man sila tumwag sakin basta nlng dineliver komo bayad na kukunin yon ng iba please lang ayusin niyo trabaho niyo ibigay niyo sa ngorder pinghihirapan din nmin yan pinambayad tapos ganon ang mangyayare
