Why it says delivery unsuccessful for 1st attempt when there's no attempt happened? No contact happened and I am just at home but no one attempted to deliver my parcel.

Tagged the parcel as Rejected/Return to Sender when there is no even single attempt to deliver the parcel in the address

Parcel was not delivered, tracking states unknown successfully returned to sender. Delivery address is Social Security System where I have Worked for 22 years. Impossible that I am unknown.
