I told the delivery guy to deliver my parcel in the morning and I do understand that he reschedule the delivery, but the next day he didn't deliver it in the morning so I told him if he can deliver it before 3pm cause there is no one in our house in 3pm, now he reschedule again the delivery and I'm so pissed cause I'll wait again until tomorrow for the delivery.

They call only once. They cancel the delivery immediately without taking more effort of communicating the customer.
