Your delivery rider (Muñoz Nueva Ecija) should know how to respect the customer. He needs proper training bago sumabak s ganitong trabaho. One of your rider I encountered is very rude. He cancelled my parcel dahil wala siyang panukli. Take note, first time po nngyari sakin yun.

It's better to call ahead prior to delivery.the driver said the area wasn't his territory, his designated area .when asked about the location of the warehouse since the recipient will claim the parcel, he said it will be delivered the following day, but NO to avail. Thank u
