May parcel arrived 2 days ago at the Mambusao Capiz Hub, unfortunately it was not yet delivered to me as the rider refuse to deliver the parcel bcoz it's to bulky it is posted on the Lazada Out for delivery but nothing delivered. Expedite Delivery/Rider must be courteous in dealing with client.
