the rider tag my parcel "returned to sender" even when I didn't received any messages or calls from them. I SUGGEST THAT RIDERS SHOULD READ THE ADDRESS PROPERLY. AS THE ADDRESS STATED IS DETAILED AND EXACT, OUR HOUSE IS LOCATED ALONG THE ROAD SO HOW IS IT SO HARD FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT??!
