No attempt of contacting the buyer and yet they return the parcel

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to deliver my parcel, [SPEPH03188462408B]. This is the second time my package has been returned to sender without any attempt to deliver it. I find it unacceptable that I have received no notification of attempted delivery, nor any explanation for the return. This is a clear indication of serious system issues within your organization. And also I was really disappointed with one of your riders misbehaviour who owned this number: 0975 083 8531. HE SHOULD BE TREATING ME WITH RESPECT BECAUSE I APPROACH HIM PROPERLY WITH MY BEST BEHAVIOR, but then disappointedly, seems like he's blaming me because he cannot deliver my order due to the fact that he's delivering a lot of parcel. Is that the way you treat your customer? Raising your voice against me? Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to your main office and considering filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.

2nd time around may parcel was not delivered to me .but in my tracking the parcel is already delivered and i have proof

The courier should be considerate with costumers especially in nearby places where they can deliver the product.

Sorry po pero sobrang bagal po ng delivery rider dito sa amin. Tapos po ung ibang parcel hindi na po dumating. Return to sender na po nila kahit hindi pa namin na rcv. Tapos ung parcel is out for delivery pro ilang araw kapapo maghihintay kahit alam mong ng dito na. Tapos po nagsisinungaling din po sila na hindi daw macontact ung costumer .

Sobrang tagal nilang magdeliver...biruin mo matagal ng nasa area ung parcel hanggang ngaun di pa nadedeliver mag 1 week na...jusko ayusin nyo nmn...

Not sure kung anong trip ng shopee xpress when it comes to pricey na orders, gaya ng gadgets, lagi nalang nila ini-stock sa hub, samantala yung oorderin mong tig 5 pesos na pamunas ng lamesa dadating agad. Kung alin pa yung importante at mahal, yun ang pinatatagal sa hub, nakaka ilang "received by the hub". Ano yon araw araw na lumalabas pasok sa hub nyo yung item? Eh pano kaya pag nanakaw pa doon, or nasira pa doon. Gaya nung printer na inorder ko, kung di ko pa pina expedite hindi dadating, duamting pa na nakatiwarik, pano kung nabubo ang ink. Napaka huwaso ng kilos eh.

Dapat po hindi lang 1 delivery attempt ang gawin, same po sa other courier, 2nd to 3rd attempt pa before returning to sender. So disappointed
