Pls...if the buyer couldnt answer her/his fon try to see f she/he mesej u.or try to ask her/his location from the neighbor or people in that brgy..grabe nmn d mrunong mgtanung...the rider is so lazy to send door to door they want instant..and pls.have a permanent rider so that they can recognized or knew already where they send the parcel.like the jnt company..thats all tnk u

dlevry rider JASON MALMES BATABAT . i never recieve my parcel at all...dapat sa mga dis honest dlivery rider tinatangal kasi ng.kukusung lagyan na nadlverna yong item e di ko nman na tanggap to...bwesit na rider....sana matangal yan sa trabahu.....yan name ng.rider but dko na mkta ang cellphone no.nakaka.inis lang....baka cellphone na yong laman na order ko para sa anak ko tapos tingay lang nag.dishonest rider.....😤😤😤😤😤🤬🤬👿👿👿

Riders are lazy and full of crap. It says i missed my delivery well in fact no courier has come to my address, they didn't even try to contact me. I've been experiencing this every delivery.. i hope you can do something about this.

I just want to complaint are u sure ur rider try to deliver it on my adress id checked on June 4 and 5 and all it says its in dipolog ... my mum was entirely in our place and no one.come..u should atleast try to message us if u can't reach the people on the delivery adress before returning it to the sender... so frustrating we are waiting for the items and with your poor delivery service
