Dahil hindi ko narerecieve ang parcel kasi nga po nag palit na ako ng number yung dati kong number na ginamit ko sa account ko is wala na po yun. So hindi naman mapalitan ang address ko sa account dahil invalid parin po.

your rider just "canceled" my order kahit na hindi pa siya dumaan kung saan dapat idedeliver yung parcel & just marked the delivery as "unsuccessful". the name of the rider is "Anthony Perez Ang". i am very disappointed.

Ayusin nyo pag deliver. My parcel has been in the delivery hub for several days, samantalang pwede na pala sya ideliver kasi nasa warehouse naman na. Very inconvenient. I was about to leave Legazpi already but for the past few days I couldn’t dahil lang sa parcel na yan na hindi ma deli deliver ng rider. Very bad experience. Ang malala, bawal pa mag pick up so I have to wait another extra day, kahit nandun na ako mismo sa delivery hub nila. I do not recommend shopee xpress. Mas maganda talaga ang J&T.
