Slow delivery actions. Pinuntahan na sa mismong warehouse, pero hindi pa rin nirelease due to backlogs ng delivery at bukas pa raw ipapadeliver.. Since, nandoon na ang buyer, sana ibinigay na ang parcel since May ID naman na ipapakita at babayaran na ang item. Too complicated ang policy at abala sa customers na pumupunta sa mismong warehouse.

Wala namang nag attempt mag deliver pero nakatagged as the recepient missed the delivery. Kailangang kailangan ko na ung parcels nag kasabay sabay n tatlong parcels hindi pa rin nadedeliver

hope there's many rider in our area so that they can deliver our parcel on time it's almost 1 week since the delivery began but until now the parcel is not delivered yet.

The courier gave me the wrong amount of change, it is 90 pesos short. I tried to contact him but he did not answer all my messages. I hope to file a report on this particular courier but I wasn't able to know his name, his cellphone number is +639067821141. Please consider investigating on this matter and I hope this will never happen again.

I really hate your service. You deliver too late. Coz upon tracking my order. It's been 3 days or more in your hub before you texted or notify to deliver. And the most bad part , you notified to deliver that day , but you didn't. We expected that much. And you will only deliver once, no more second attempt. I also hate your delivery rider. No sense of good customer service.
