Inyung rider nanawag gahapon na dili cya mka deliver ky ulan pwde ba daw ako nlang kuhaon ilaha akong parcel. WTF na rider mypai mo undang cyas trabahu niya ingon ana cya!!

All of my orders are RTS! The rider did not call/txt me. Specially shopee express and J&T!

Very poor. Napakatagal ideliver at naka tambak lang sa gensan hub. Not recommendable.

Slow delivery actions. Pinuntahan na sa mismong warehouse, pero hindi pa rin nirelease due to backlogs ng delivery at bukas pa raw ipapadeliver.. Since, nandoon na ang buyer, sana ibinigay na ang parcel since May ID naman na ipapakita at babayaran na ang item. Too complicated ang policy at abala sa customers na pumupunta sa mismong warehouse.

Wala namang nag attempt mag deliver pero nakatagged as the recepient missed the delivery. Kailangang kailangan ko na ung parcels nag kasabay sabay n tatlong parcels hindi pa rin nadedeliver

hope there's many rider in our area so that they can deliver our parcel on time it's almost 1 week since the delivery began but until now the parcel is not delivered yet.
