I really hate your service. You deliver too late. Coz upon tracking my order. It's been 3 days or more in your hub before you texted or notify to deliver. And the most bad part , you notified to deliver that day , but you didn't. We expected that much. And you will only deliver once, no more second attempt. I also hate your delivery rider. No sense of good customer service.

No text no call then you tell that the receiver is not available or attempted delivery?? Where is my parcel? You didn't even try to call or text me where is your location here in tabuk city Kalinga???

I ordered parcels tru shopee (door-to-door) delivery. I was expecting them to deliver it to my friend since she is the one I was expecting to be the reciever of the parcel but then the riders of the said courrier did not even call nor message her regarding my two parcels. After a while they messaged her to get the two parcels from thier hub (which is not supposed to be since is a door to door delivery). And they told her that the parcels would be returned to the seller (rts) if not picked up, on which I am very angry about since I already paid for the parcel online and it is not a cash on delivery. With all due respect, please tell your employees to do thier jobs well.

My parcel is out for delivery last january 7 but until now jan.13 wala pa rin because naiwan ang parcel sa J&T Warehouse. A staff of J&T message me in messenger kung akin ba yon ..at kinonfirm ko .akin nga po. Bakit napunta sa J&T warehouse ang aking parcel ? Gift ko pa sana yun sa mga titas ko . Negligence po to.

Your Shopee Express rider should reply on text inquiry or call of buyer as to the estimated time of delivery. I have no problem with J&T and NinjaVan as they are always on time and prompt to deliver or reply but the ShopeeExpress rider will keep you hanging in balance by not texting or updating on inquiries then suddenly they will declare unsuccessful at delivery at 7pm! not even informing that they will arrive at 7pm!!! (not even calling out they are there (wala naman nag maupay!!) this has happened to me a number of times so it's quite an unpleasant pattern already and it happened again today January 12.
