the delivery is not really being delivered, you keep saying it'll be free (free of delivery charge if it didn't meet the exact deadline of the delivery) but it's still the same, you still need to pay for the delivery... and it keeps on attempting to be delivered but it won't come. I am getting irritated.

Kahit hindi niyo pa na deliver yong parcel ko inilagay niyo na nga deliver saan na kaya napunta ang parcel... Dahil bayad na ang parcel ko kaya hindi niyo na inihatid ang parcel ko...
