ordered june 6 ang sabi sa app delivery est june 14 to 16 pero wala pa rin. nauna pang dumating order ko from overseas ha. yung shop na inorderan ko is nasa davao lng naman eh taga zamboanga ako. wala namang San juanico bridge na madadaanan papunta dito na pwedeng.maging dahilan ng delay. walang option para makausap ang cuatomer service nila puro auto answer lang sa app.

Your delivery hub is nothing compared to JnT and Flash Express. Ang tagal niyo i-stock ang parcel sa warehouse niyo! Tapos pag naman pipick-upin, ayaw niyo ibigay. Pangit customer service.

The worst courier ever!!!! Last time the rider lied that receiver I not in the location when in fact I've been contacting him for many times to receive my parcel. Worst pina rts pa Ang package!!! Now I have another package Wala na nman rider nextweek pa daw ei and even if may tao Ang Bahay sinabi na nman na Wala! Sobrang sinungaling!!!! What kind of a courier kau?

The rider(Adria Aurea) claimed the parcel for herself. she did go to my house, but only to pic the parcel along with my house to show as proof of delivery, after capturing some picture she immediately go without calling and knocking on the house, it was raining at that time that's why we didn't notice the sound of her tricycle
