I want to file a complaint because your logistics service is completely useless. You were the ones who failed to deliver the package, and then you just returned it to the seller. You didn’t even consider the effort they put into packing it. That is extremely irresponsible. As a customer, I patiently waited for that sale, and this is what I get? You simply didn’t deliver it because it was too big? First of all, why did you even accept the order if you couldn’t deliver it to the customer who ordered it.

*Flash Express Philippines: A Delivery Nightmare* I'm giving Flash Express a solid 1/5 stars, and that's being generous. Their service is a joke! I've had three failed delivery attempts, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found. The tracking details say "unable to contact," but the truth is, I didn't receive a single call or message from their team. What's even more frustrating is that I've already paid for the parcel, and I've been patient for far too long. When I called the assigned rider to ask about the delivery, they had the nerve to suggest that I pick up my parcel at their warehouse! Can you believe it? To make matters worse, I have another parcel on the way, and it's experiencing the same issues. The lack of communication and professionalism is staggering. I've raised a complaint, but of course, no response. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from Flash Express Philippines. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is non-existent. I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes, but it's clear that they need to revamp their entire system. *UPDATE:* I'll be exploring other courier options and sharing my terrible experience with friends and family to warn them about Flash Express's subpar service.

This is my first time experiencing this trouble, I already instructed the rider to deliver it directly to the address provided and we agreed this because I called him for re scheduling, but I think the rider did not have initiative or whatever reasons to deliver my parcel that's why he remarks there as failed due to customer is unreachable. But I already experience this with same scenario, but the rider really finds ways to deliver my parcel. I did not check out any item which I will not pay for it. Thank you
