Sabi deliver kahapon june 12 nagaantay ako walang dumating tnxt ko yung rider walang reply. Ngayon na naman araw na ito june 13 may nagtxt na idedeliver daw nag antay na naman ako hay walang dumating . Tnxt ko yung rider walang reply. Nakakadismaya hindi maganda serbisyo niyo. Madami na sana akong nagawa tong maghapon na to kung di kayo paasa. Buti sana kung mag reply yang rider niyo. Anu ako nalang kukuha jan sa office niyo yung parcel ko?

Hi, gusto ko lang magsalita about kay kuya rider na si Angelo Gallon dito sa Legazpi area. Alam ko na may mali ako, hindi ko nakuha yung parcel nung first attempt kasi hindi ko naman alam na idedeliver na pala. Eh may duty ako that time, hindi ko rin hawak ang cp ko dahil bawal naman samin mag cp habang nasa trabaho. Pero nag sorry naman ako after ko maka out sa work. Kasi galit na galit si kuya, ang dami na nyang sinabi like sinayang ko daw ang oras at ang gas nya. I said sorry for that. Pero kanina lang na nag text sya na idedeliver nya na daw for second attempt eh nag hintay ako kasi off ko naman today. Nung tumawag sya sabi nya nasa labas na daw sya, so sabi ko palabas na ako. Paglabas ko wala namang rider na nasa labas. So naghintay ako ng ilang minuto pa. Nag text na ako sakannya kung nasaan na sya eh wala naman kasi sya sa labas. Tapos sabi nya na sa Camp Ola daw sya, whatttttt? Pinagmuka lang akong tanga ni kuya kakahintay sakan nya salabas kasi nga sabi nya nasa labas sya. Tapos makikita ko na tig reject ko daw yung parcel. Nakakainis lang kasi ngayong nandito yung tao hindi sya nag deliver tapos sasabihin nya na nireject ko yung parcel. Ayos din, kaya ayaw ko na flash ang nag dedeliver ng parcel kasi ang ibang rider walang pasenya. Ayaw pala nasasayang ang oras at gas sana sa iba nya na lang na rider pinadeliver yung mahaba sana ang pasensya. First attempt palang ang dami na nyang reklamo dinaig nya pa yung mga nakaka third attemp. Wag ho sana kayong gannyan sa costumer nyo, alam ko naman na pagod kayo. Pero sana naman ay habaan ang pasensya kasi yan ang trabahong pinasok nyo. Hindi naman lahat eh available sa oras na pagdeliver nyo kaya nga po may first and third attempt kayo. Saka kayo magsalita ng kung ano ano kung sa third attempt ay hindi pa kinuha. At sana wag kayo gagawa ng kung ano ano sa comment nyo sa costumer kung hindi nyo naman deniliver.

sana naman on time mag deliver ang flash dito sa buug zamboanga del sur,, grabe 4 to 5 attemp ang delivery nila may rider ng naka assign na mag dedeliver. hintay kami ng hintay limang araw tapos at the end of the day wala dumating na rider. hindi lang namin na recieve ng isang araw dahil may pinuntahan lang na emergency RTS na agad nila. napaka poor ng service ng flash express.. tamad mag deliver ng malalayo lalo na at mabigat daw dahil aksaya daw sa gasolina.. eh door to door naman ang bayad jan. at free allowance naman sila at may bayad naman sila sa gasolina.

Jannel Formentera rude courier, pilosopo over charge pa if mag pay kag thru gcash, okay raman unta ng mag overcharge masabot ra kaso kanang mag ask ka tapos tubagon kag ug ikasakit nimo ser gae kog gcash kay bayran nako tanan pilosopo kaayu

I tried calling the driver but no response. Even drop the call. Very unprofessional. I was expecting of my parcel but there is no update received.

Very irresponsible. Hindi ako nka receive ng message for attempt delivery pero nka receive ako ng message na pending delivery kasi hindi daw ako ma contact. Sana okay lng kayo no?. .š at ilang days nto nangyayariš
