I am absolutely infuriated by the incompetence and lack of accountability from both the delivery service and their customer support. After eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package, I was informed that it couldn't be delivered due to a supposed "Bad Address" issue. Let me emphasize, this is not the first time they've successfully delivered to our address, and yet somehow, my delivery was botched. I meticulously provided detailed information, including the Block and Lot number, to ensure smooth delivery. Despite my efforts, it appears their delivery personnel either can't read or simply don't care enough to verify the information provided. To add insult to injury, their customer service was utterly useless. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they callously redirected me back to the same unreliable delivery service that caused the problem in the first place. This whole ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare, highlighting their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It's unacceptable to experience such incompetence and negligence from a service that I rely on. They've not only failed to deliver my package but also failed to provide any semblance of adequate support when things went wrong. This experience has left me thoroughly frustrated and questioning whether I can trust them with any future deliveries.
