March 5 nasa mandaluyong hub and dapat march 8 nareceive kuna yung item but until now (march 9) wala padin bayad na yung item. Paki gawan ng paraan di na namin problema kung madami kayong parcel na dinidiliver. Kung di nyo kaya tanggalin nyo yung promo nyo at mag dagdag kayo ng empleyado.

The status of my order was delivered but I have not received my parcel and the proof of payment is not even clear. The picture contains mostly the only the gate of our house but only 1/4 portion of the parcel was seen. The parcel details are not even visible. And the picture is blurred.

I don't know the identity of the courier who came to me this morning, but I want to complain about him because he is quite disrespectful and talkative. Before it was delivered, I already cancelled the order because I knew it was coming from abroad. Because the person I was going to give the item to has already passed away, I had to cancel the order before the vendor could send it. And then this courier started acting obnoxious, nasty, and unpleasant!
