My parcel is out for delivery last january 7 but until now jan.13 wala pa rin because naiwan ang parcel sa J&T Warehouse. A staff of J&T message me in messenger kung akin ba yon ..at kinonfirm ko .akin nga po. Bakit napunta sa J&T warehouse ang aking parcel ? Gift ko pa sana yun sa mga titas ko . Negligence po to.

Your Shopee Express rider should reply on text inquiry or call of buyer as to the estimated time of delivery. I have no problem with J&T and NinjaVan as they are always on time and prompt to deliver or reply but the ShopeeExpress rider will keep you hanging in balance by not texting or updating on inquiries then suddenly they will declare unsuccessful at delivery at 7pm! not even informing that they will arrive at 7pm!!! (not even calling out they are there (wala naman nag maupay!!) this has happened to me a number of times so it's quite an unpleasant pattern already and it happened again today January 12.

Shoppe express service is not good. I encounter twice my parcel is almost 5 days delay and out of delivery im always waiting the rider to contact me but did not contact me for my item.

i suggest shopee xpress to deliver parcels on time, and check the whereabouts of the buyers items.

TO SHOPEE XPRESS: I am living in a rural area in Bohol but the road to our place is not hard to travel yet you couldn't deliver my parcel. In fact, our road is accesible to almost every land vehicles, even 12 wheelers. You should call or even text your recepients that you can't deliver our parcel. What the hell are you doing? Letting the recepients wait when will their parcel arrive? Your courier service is disappointing. As if I had a choice on who will carry my parcel. The platform itself decided to choose the "most appropriate" courier that will carry our parcels as soon as possible yet their chosen parcel is too lazy to deliver the parcel to places they're unfamiliar with. I know you only deliver to houses beside the highway and you won't even try to explore rural places. You won't even try to contact the recepient. Should have chosen J&T express if I had the choice, because they are way better than your services. TO SHOPEE: Your policy of deciding the courier of the parcel yourself is not helping. People from uptowns are disappointed. You've got lots of courier services to choose from but only few are kind to deliver to the uptown.
