2nd time getting unsuccessful attempt and this time the rider is saying that i refused. I didn't receive a text or call. Pure incompetence. I filed a report yesterday and this is how the rider respond to it? This guy don't like his job. I no longer trust shopee and shopee express because of this. Imagine, i offered to personally pick up my parcel but the chat agent that i chatted with that it's not possible for security and health reason. Trash service.

I've waited from morning til afternoon for my parcel to arrive. I didn't received any text or call and the rider tagged my parcel as unsuccessful after checking my app.

I received an email saying it was delivered, but I haven't received anything, ni Hindi nga tumawag yung rider, i check the app delivered an yung status meron pang picture, ng parcel at walng tao na kumuha in the picture. Tinawagan ko yung rider from the phone number na nag text sakin na idedeliver ngayong araw and guess what nawala daw niya yung parcel at hnd nya mahanap i tried asking if baka nasa warehouse sabi nya hahanapin nya at tatawagan nya ako and it never happenedz wheres my birthday present to my loved ones? All gone thanks sa napaka effective niyo na rider pag COD ang delivery very aligaga kayu sa kakatawag pero pag payed na at wala na kayong kukuhaning pera IWAWALA NIYO NLANG be professional

I would to ask the name of the manager and the contact details so I can formally send my complain letter cc DTI. It has been my problem whenever I order at shopee, your rider refuses to deliver to the exact address indicated. I am paying the right amount of for the delivery fee. Masyadong maarte riders nyo kesyo me lubak ang daan, etc. kami pa ang papalakarin for more than 300 meters para dun kunin sa lugar na convenient sa kanila. So I will be writing a formal complain cc'd the govt agency that could help look into this.

This is the 3rd day that my parcel is supposed to be delivered its always states out flr deliver but never got delivered wtf are you guys doing.

very bad courier, NO one called me, as in NO one, and find out that my item return to sender because of failure of delivery, now I ordered again same products, I hope it will deliver on time.

Tagal dumating. Lampas 2 days na sa expected date of deliver wala pa. Cannot be located ang delivery hub for pick up nalang sana.
