I haven't received any calls nor text from the rider that my parcel is out for delivery. When i tracked my order, it was stated in the website/shopee app that "Recipient is unreachable". This is happened twice already. Please contact the recipient before parcel will be delivered. Dili unta mag tinapol. Please. Thank you.

Trash place. Too much back logs. Lack of riders (probably due to poor working conditions). My package is literally 1 month stuck there

walang modo yung rider nyo.sinasabi ng mama ko na bumalik kasi ang may hawak ng pera pmbyad ay ang anak ko nsa skul ayaw bumalik ngrereklamo .rekalamador ang sabi 50 pesos lang pang gas nila ipapabalik balik pa daw sila

Apakatamad po ng rider na to +639318304560 kung kaninong number man yan grabe tinetext pero d nagrereply. Taz diba hanggang 3 unsuccessful delivery attempt bago RTS eh una palang dapat yung kc diko nasagot call na kc naka mute phone dahil bawal sa pinagwoworkan pero tinext ko siya after work taz d naman na nagrereply.

Pwede bang i seminar nyo mga rider nyo, bayad ang shipping fee pero meet up ang gusto ng rider. In case na kailangan nyo ng patunay ng meet up may pictures ako. Hindi makatarungan ang ganyan, pag naulit pa ito sa DTI na ako lalapit.

Its 4 days past delivery time frame already. Parcel arrived at the Hub on April 4, its already april 17 still not delivered!!!
