Says that the buyer is unreachable but they did not even text or call. Its annoying because there was no attempts at all yet they said its unsuccessfull. It causes problem for both seller and buyer. Pls brief and call out your riders about this issue

Ang tagal naman, nung March 21 pa nasa delivery hub nyo ung parcel ko at March 23 ung day na marereceive ung parcel ko. Kailangan ko na po Yan sa March 26. Natawag pa naman na express yang delivery hub nyo. Paayos naman po sana ng service nyo para wala naman pong maabala.
