Riders are lazy and full of crap. It says i missed my delivery well in fact no courier has come to my address, they didn't even try to contact me. I've been experiencing this every delivery.. i hope you can do something about this.

I just want to complaint are u sure ur rider try to deliver it on my adress id checked on June 4 and 5 and all it says its in dipolog ... my mum was entirely in our place and no one.come..u should atleast try to message us if u can't reach the people on the delivery adress before returning it to the sender... so frustrating we are waiting for the items and with your poor delivery service
