To whom it may concern, I would just like to report the following riders who attempted to deliver the parcel late last night and the other day: Reymart Simbulan Ilao - 09814567022 Yvone Juzette Bay Manalo - 09266212605 My parents are the recipients and they are senior citizens. The riders did not even inform them that they will deliver late at night. How can my parents receive it if it is already past 9PM? What is your protocol or guidelines on this matter? Hoping for your prompt action on this.

Tamad siguro magdeliver ng parcel q ung rider. Imagine ung order o parcel q naka 2 attempt unsuccessful na hindi naman dumating sa address na ddeliveran sana. Nghintay aq ng 2 na araw. Paki ayos po sana. Happy na sana aqng magagamit sa tamang oras ung order q pro d naman naihatid. Tapos ngaun return to sender.

The corier did not even call. Im working grave yard shift and eventually In the day time im sleeping. They did not even bother to knock at my gate or call me on my phone. Then they will tagged it as an unsuccessful delivery

Supposedly, my parcel will be delivered yesterday. I got a text from the courier but unfortunately it was an unsuccessful attempt due to the unstable connection from my location that the rider cannot be able to reach me and me waiting for it the whole day. I can't blame the rider since I am a half liable for it. However, the courier should make another attempt delivering it since consumer or buyers of that parcel/item are waiting for it. Hoping that you make another attempt for every parcel that was unsuccessful attempt for the first time.
