Panget po ng services nio. Ilang araw napo yung parcel ko na dumating sa hub hindi pa din dinedeliver. Yung isa ni return parcel nalang basta, tumatawag ako sa landlines and pinapatay yung line without a word? wtf?

Hindi nman tumawag ang delivery bakit BUYER UNREACHABLE agad. Cancel agad wala man lang akong natangap na tawag. At tinatawagan ko yung nag text ayaw nman sumagot!

these past weeks orders already take long to be delivered unlike before. even when items are already in our place. why?? what happened?? while other shopping sites deliver it on time.

grabe ha ipick up ko sana parcel ko kase kelangan ko na.. my ID's nman ako dala aayaw ibigay 😏.. hintayin ko na lang dw ideliver WTF! kya nga ipick up ko na ee pra umabot sa ppdlhan ko.. kainis!

pkibilisan niyo naman ang xelivery ng mga item..sobra naman kayo pano kung pagkain yan edi bulok na yan pagdating samim😡😡

When I know the rider didn't get in touch with me, why does the rider say the delivery attempt was unsuccessful? Given that tomorrow is a holiday and I am unsure if I will be able to receive my package, I have already waited two days and am really upset. Really irresponsible.
