I just want to complaint are u sure ur rider try to deliver it on my adress id checked on June 4 and 5 and all it says its in dipolog ... my mum was entirely in our place and no one.come..u should atleast try to message us if u can't reach the people on the delivery adress before returning it to the sender... so frustrating we are waiting for the items and with your poor delivery service

The delivery is very slow and please lang po sa mga rider have some patience din po 1 attempt lang tawag ninyu ba. I hope ang mga rider din mu accomodate jud sa mga orders sa client and musabot pud sa mga reasons kay mostly lacking jud pasensya ang rider diri plus dugay pajud kaayo e deliver ang parcel
