The rider did not deliver my parcel I was waiting for 2 days, he even inidicated in the system that I was the one who requested to reschedule the delivery but he's the one who doesn't even update me regarding the status of the delivery. Very poor service!

SUPER POOR SERVICES.....there are riders in this courier who are super LAZY they never call nor text you just atomically declared "Unreachable"

You should replace some of your specially rider jaber. He's too lazy to deliver. Di pa ma contact
