Di ko alam bakit may express sa pangalan nyo gayung napakabagal ng service. Nauna kong inorder yan tapos the next day may order ako and the package was coming from China, andito na yung galing China last week pa yung sa Shopee express wala pa rin. this is the second time na nangyari, ang daming complaints sa facebook page nyo, may mali sa systema nyo hindi yan one off lang.

Hindi tumatawag yung rider niyo na si Raven at ilalagay niya sa shopee na Buyer Requested for reschedule which is hindi naman nangyari, walang text or tawag na ginawa yang rider niyo. Pwede ba minsan ilagay niyo contact number ng rider at kami na lang magcocontact dahil sa kanila na hindi nila magawa, nakakaabala kayo ng order eh. Tatamad ng rider niyo kumontak!!

Hindi po nagtext ang rider nyo na si Ereberto Jr..na out for delivery na po yong parcel ko,at worst pa,nilagay nya buyer refused to receive which is hindi ko nmn alam mgdeliver sya..Piliin nyo po yong rider na masipag magdeliver at ngtratrabaho ng maayos...RTS nya yong parcel ko kaailngan namin at inaantay ko yon...
