Sana ayusin ng mga rider nyo trabaho nila, paid na yung 2 parcel ko, kakadating lng kagabi, agwait ako kasi expect ko ideliver ngayon pero walang calls and text.. Mababasa ko nlng sa shoppee acc ko na Irereturn na daw sa seller and unsuccessful? Wala akong narecieve na calls and text at wala manlang na iprovide na info ng rider or contacts. I'm so very disappointed. Di ko pa nakuha hanggang ngayon paid naman na, parang na iscam pako dahil sa di inaayos ng mga riders nyo Hays. Yung isang parcel pagkain pa naman yun

Ang tagal palagi dmating ng parcel ko 3days today nasa pasay hub padin :( Sana nextime mas mabilis yung pagddeliver. sa ibang courier mabilis naman kapag SPX parang ang tagal lagi

I never receive txt or calls yesterday from LAZY RIDER and this Hub In Silay Always decided to cancel the parcels of customers..This shit rider is lazy and no value... LAZY USELESS NO VALUE RUIN THE REPUTATION OF GOOD RIDERS

if the exact address is given even if you cant contact the given phone number you can still deliver the parcel it just that the rider is TOoo lazy that''s my last experience with shopee xpress hope that it'l change now
