Pwede nyo ilagay ang saktong adress ang contact number ng Shoppee Express Gensan tatlong araw na ako nag iintay dito sa bahay para sa parcel ko di na deliver para manlang matawagan at ma alam namin kung saan na ang parcel namin

Super delayed ang pag deliver ng parcel. Tapos magrereklamo pa ang rider na ang layo daw ng bahay namin. Dibah door to door ang pagdeliver? Hayysss nako!. Tapos hindi pa tumawag ang rider. Lagi nalang unsuccessful ang delivery.

Better work on your customer service satisfactory. And next make sure to ACTUALLY attempt to call your customers not just indicate that they are unreachable when in fact you did not attempt to call nor send a text. What a crappy service you have!

rider not calling or text during delivery, it says in the shopee app delivered but idont received anything was all paiid

Napakabastos ng nag deliver ng item ko na inorder ko. Pumasok sa bakuran namin without permission!! Kahit may gate basta nalang iniwan ang item sa harap ng pintuan namin. Gusto ko makausap kayo regarding dito Courier Name: Rogelio Jr. Payod Pagambonan
