contact buyer before delivering product. spx did not even contacted me and inform me that the item will be delivered that day. i just found out that it was being returned to the sender. other couriers will send notifications that the item will be delivered that day. poor service spx.

Deliver it once it arrived in your delivery hub! Its been 3 days in your delivery hub yet its not delivered!

Tanginang yan. Dec 27 pa ung order ko sa hub niyo wala pa rin assigned driver. Napaka palpak niyo.
