Your courier gives a false info about the delivery reason why it was not delivered. I did not missed the delivery, he did not call at all. I'd been waiting for the parcel the whole time.

hindi man lang marunong mag update ang riders nyo..kung sino pa yung malapit yun pa ang huling hahatiran nila nang parcel..walang kwenta mga riders nyo..buti pa sa j&t pwede ma pick up ang parcel

My parcel was unsuccessful due to unserviaceble location? My address was so complete even block and lot number was given and also the barangay how can the rider did not attempt to deliver my order. It’s so stress in my side to reorder again. I have waited for weeks and it is just unsuccessful and will be back to sender? I want my parcel to redeliver now if possible. You have poor service. I’m so exhausted.
