Pls be advised that my order was not refused but your delivery person Joan Inot, refuses to come back next day even if she has only made her first attempt. This is not the first time she has done this. Pls make sure to reprimand her and she comes to the office very rude . Pls make sure she never delivers any or our orders , since she is very rude and upsets our staff . take note the name is delivery rider JOAN INOT

I would like to report shoppee Express driver Joseph Amuan Sobretodo. Ilang beses nia na po itong ginawa sa aming nga customer. Hindi niya po denideliver yung parcel at kinacancell niya po. Marami po sa amin baranggay ( Balibagan Este, Santa Barbara, Iloilo) ang nag rereklamo at pati na po mga pinsan ko. Sana po mabigyan nio po ito ng solution ang aming hinaing.
