My parcel has never been delivered by the rider and now it is marked as on the way back to the seller due delivery attempt was unsuccessful I was in the delivery address the whole week of January 1st and I've been expecting my parcel but there's no delivery Reider that showed up! I am very disappointed on your riders shoppée express! I want to have my parcel to be delivered, I'll be waiting at the delivery address no matter what!

Very bad experience sobrang tagal ng delivery ilang days natatambak sa hub .. umabot pa sa 4 times na ipick up namin sa hub nila before binigay reason daw WALANG MAGKAKALKAL SA ITEM🙄

Make sure the parcel would be deliver 3 times.!!!!!!!It delivered 1 time only!!!!!!Why is it its not deliver for the 2nd time!!!!!Your costumer is trusting you to deliver the parcel because they need it especially on their important event!!! I already told the rider to come back again next day for the 2nd time but why the rider did come back??????!!!!!!!!!!!

This is insane, i did not receive a call or text and yet my parcel was tagged as undelivered

Wasn't able to receive my order and upon checking the application, my order's tagged as RTS. Hence that I didn't receive text or call from the rider to update me regarding with my order. Thinking that I should get my order to the hub instead but we're not allowed to do so.
