Shopee Express - PALO HUB I actually ordered something for my sister and paid it already. My sister politely requested to leave parcel to the guard since she was away and it was paid already. But delivery rider said these exact words "Ma'am adi na ak coffee matter papabalikon mo pa ako ha saint paul, kalapastangan ini". And even said "puta" on phone call. It's understandable po na magalit since receiver wasn't there in the receiving address. However, it would be better not to swear/cuss to customers like that. I have a parcel appliances, Yesterday was supposed to be the delivery the shopee notif my parcel is out for delivery, i cancel my appointment i waited until 5pm there is no delivery. One of your rider called me that i need to pickup my order, how come i will pick up my order? that was need to be delivered i paid delivery for that 2k + and now you called me to pay for the other individual to carry my item i have no question i agree on it, sabi ko “cge kuya para ma deliver na yung item” tapos nag msg ulit kayo saying i need to pay for the gasolin sa delivery nyo kasi special delivery yung item. Like what?! you expected me to pay your gasoline for delivery?? does my delivery fee is not covered for that?? You want me to pay you para lang ideliver yang item?! Worst courier!!! i will not recieve that item i will cancel and return that. mga walang modo.
