Deliver parcel on time. Day 5 already and still no delivery. Agents not able to help because they can’t even contact the hub. ALL THE REPORTS ARE USELESS if no one will read & resolve the problem. DO NOT CHARGE IF YOUR TEAM CAN NOT DO THW SERVICE PROPERLY. Equip your agents/team to get things done & not just read off/copy & paste from a script

Imagine, ordered received na daw pero wala namang dinedeliver. Omg. Nakakaloka talaga. At higit sa lahat, ok lang sana kung one time lang to pero grabe apat na beses na to nangyari. Sakit sa ulo ng spx legazpi.

The rider is tamad mag deliver ng order. Once attempt of delivery lng return agad. Ni wala akong na received na tawag at txt. Im at work when he attempt once to delivery my order.

They will return my parcel to the seller and noted on the delivery attemp that were unsuccessful without calling or sending me. This morning I received a text but suddenly when I check on the shopee app they noted it as "return to seller". I waited that parcel long time.

Rider did not deliever my parcel but on the shopee app it was indicated that my parcel was already delivered. Poor service, the rider did not even contact me.
