Please.include the contact number of the rider who will deliver the parcel just in case the recipient is out of coverage at list she/he will know whom to contact..

Lazy driver, I should've purchased the item from somewhere else, very disappointed. I clearly told the driver that I work night shift and might not be able to pick up the phone when he calls (sleeping for staying all night). Advised him to just go to our house (which by the way, don't have a gate) and just leave it there. Instead of doing that, the driver just waited for me (20 meters away from our house) expecting me to miraculously sleep walk and get the parcel. I don't see the point of putting your fcking house number if the driver won't do his job.
