helo , how come that my parcel has been delivered? but the rider didnt give me any notice that he will delivered it today.then i just saw at my shoppe account that my parcel has been delivered in it has picture of proof😡 i paid my parcel already . and i need that for my souviner of my baby. how can your rider so eresponsible? this is my first time that happened to me, can you please contact your rider raymund

Nag message lang once na iddeliver ang item pero ending is di ka iccontact kung saan na ang rider! Magugulat kana lang the next day ibabalik na yung order mo sa seller! Potangina! Kung may 0 stars lang sana to!Di pa naglagay ng pangalan kung sino ang rider! Number lang! Next time look for a good employee to deliver parcels! Siraulo mga rider niyo. Di nga tumawag or nagtext tapos sasabihin nag resched ako ng deliver!! Panget ng serbisyo niyo!! Mag provide kayo ng cp no. ng rider nyo para kami na lang mag adjust na tumawag or magtext kanila.. maghapon ako naghantay kahapon tapos wala paramdam rider nyo jusko!!! Pinagpaliban ko lakad ko dahil nakita ko sa shopee app na out for delivery na tapos walang dumating.

Kadugay nman ako parcel dha Bais oi... Tapulan man kau mo deliver mo 5days nman na dha . pick up dili pwd na unsa nmn mo.

its been 2 days and my parcel wasnt delivered yet what kind of service do you have....its frustrating waiting for the delivery of what i ordered...if you cant provide a better services then dont accept J&T is doing a better job than you..shopee xpress palo hub wake up deliver those parcels.

Hindi tumatawag sa recipient ang Rider. 3x na nangyayari to sa akin. Hindi dinideliver sa address.
