Lazy driver, I should've purchased the item from somewhere else, very disappointed. I clearly told the driver that I work night shift and might not be able to pick up the phone when he calls (sleeping for staying all night). Advised him to just go to our house (which by the way, don't have a gate) and just leave it there. Instead of doing that, the driver just waited for me (20 meters away from our house) expecting me to miraculously sleep walk and get the parcel. I don't see the point of putting your fcking house number if the driver won't do his job.

Pls do follow the details of address given by the customer. Kahit po ndi cla sumagot sa twag eh ndi ibig sabihin yun ndi nila i aacept your order nila kasi na work po. Pareho sa akin always aq ng inform sa rider kc iniwan q talaga yung png byad q ang mali lng dun eh ndi nila inahahatid kahit alama nmn nila yung address at repeated customer po.

Please remove lazy delivery riders. They didnt even bother to contact the customer. Andress is the name of the rider. Now im going to the hub to pick up my package personally. Home you can do something about lazy risers

Oliver Nono Garcia corrupted my parcel. It is marked as delivered in the app today, Nov 13 at 5:14pm. But no one came in my house to delivery my order. Bad Company. Very bad delivery man. They did not deliver my parcel!

MY PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. but was marked as delivered on the app. WHAT A LIE! delivery man corrupted my parcel!! His name is Oliver Nono Garcia. From Spx Express Valencia City Bukidnon. And to add details about it, he pictured dark photo and placed it in the app indicating he delivered the item. Again, I have not received it. Very bad very bad company!

walang kwenta tlga ang shopee xpress, dpt automatic na tong maalis sa shopee courrier e.. asa sanfernando ako pero pinunta sa san luis at mukang wlang balak pagalawin dhil na stock na don ng dlwang arw, napakalapit ng pinanggalingan pero ang tagal kumilos ng shopee xpress.. nkakapikon as in!!

The very first time I saw my parcel status "Out for delivery by Ulysess" and the very same day where I read on Shopee parcel status "Order cancelled - Buyer Refused to Receive parcel" and I waited for hours at home for that ULYSESS to arrive. I have a hunch these workers have been exploiting each parcels for their own and claims to return it to seller. Very very bad, Shopee Xpress Iligan Hub should be reported. They made a fool out of us buyers. I ordered an item for my baby, I have a serious reason to be pissed over this even if it's just a measly 300PHP item. It's for my baby.

Inorder ko pa yun last month pa until now mag2weeks na wala pa din nag extend nko, tapos nagnotif ngyon Archie ung name ng rider walang kahit anong text or call wala din kumatok samumin dahil nsa labas ako ng gate namin pero nagnotif sakin na nag attempt na daw palaging ganun ung Archie dko siya kilala nakakapikon na tagal ko tlga inantay yung order ko ayoko lng icancel para sa seller eh kasi kawawa pero grabe dismaya ko pinipilit ko unawain eh pero di tlga kaya pag sa rider, rider din po kuya ko respeto ko po pero wag nman ganyan
