It's been 5 days and my order has not been updated. I needed that order before August 1. I've been trying to expedite my order on shopee app and still no update from the courier.

Kung may zero lang, zero talaga. Walang kwentang courier pero dito lang sa Pico talaga ang pinakawalang kwenta. Kunin niyo na iyong items wag niyo na ideliver paabutin niyo pa ng isang buwan diyan. Ifake pa ang delivery proof para pwede pa nila ideliver after how many days or weeks kaya dapat di binabayaran before madeliver ang items dahil sa walang kwentang courier na ganito

Tracking information says: " 2024-07-25 06:26:27 Camiling Hub Your parcel has been received by delivery hub Why has there been NO UPDATE in more than 24 hours? If an address of the hub were provided I would go there and pick up the package, but there is NO ADDRESS. Why?

I understand it may took a little longer than expected due to typhoon, but for the parcel to get stuck at Virac Hub for almost 5days just before the typhoon even hit? That's unacceptable. Just let the buyer know if you'll deliver it or not rather than letting them wait for nothing!
