The corier did not even call. Im working grave yard shift and eventually In the day time im sleeping. They did not even bother to knock at my gate or call me on my phone. Then they will tagged it as an unsuccessful delivery

Supposedly, my parcel will be delivered yesterday. I got a text from the courier but unfortunately it was an unsuccessful attempt due to the unstable connection from my location that the rider cannot be able to reach me and me waiting for it the whole day. I can't blame the rider since I am a half liable for it. However, the courier should make another attempt delivering it since consumer or buyers of that parcel/item are waiting for it. Hoping that you make another attempt for every parcel that was unsuccessful attempt for the first time.

Yung nag text na e deliver yung parcel ngayon so dahil wlang maiiwan sa bahay at you feel bad sa rider kaya you decided to cancel your meeting just to wait for your parcel to be deliver then at the end of the day sabihan ka sa rider na e resched ko at nkatatak sa shopee na Reciepient Missed Delivery?
