the rider tag my parcel "returned to sender" even when I didn't received any messages or calls from them. I SUGGEST THAT RIDERS SHOULD READ THE ADDRESS PROPERLY. AS THE ADDRESS STATED IS DETAILED AND EXACT, OUR HOUSE IS LOCATED ALONG THE ROAD SO HOW IS IT SO HARD FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT??! AND ALSO, YOU GUYS SHOULD PUT THE RIDERS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THE CUSTOMER TO CALL THEM! PLEASE LANG! AYUSIN NYO PO SERVICE NYO, THANK YOU!

May naideliver saking item kasabay nung parcel ko same name pero sa ibang lugar. Sayang bayad namin dun sa parcel, sana next time naman paki check.

only called twice without any text received. Being a busy person i need to have notice of delivery from the rider. Text is enough so i can make a call when I'm at work.

Rider did not text or call, no attempts of delivery, yet i was tagged as buyer unreachable. I asked driver contact details through chat agent … Called him yesterday and said he would deliver it today. I waited for him the whole day on my work address yet no calls or txt -and attempt of delivery again. Parcel is now tagged as returned to sender due to unreachable buyer. THIS IS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!

Parcel is out for delivery at 23:33 Pm, almost midnight tapos itatag nyo na unsuccessful delivery attempt? Wth? I was waiting for that parcel. Wala man lang kayong call or text tapos ibabalik nyo agad sa seller.
