Nung dec 10 pa nasa delivery hub.gagamitin sana by dec 12 hanggang ngayun wala pa.nakakadismaya kau na delivery hub,mabagal😢

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday(Dec 11, 2023) but was not delivered on expected date,not recommended delivery hub (LA TRINIDAD SPX EXPRESS )if you are looking for on time delivery,,item wont serve its purpose due to late delivery

I have an issue with the delivery of my order., my last delivery attempt was december 9,but until now the system still in sorting facility last december 6 and I don't know what happen why until now the parcel not already delivered.please do something about this matter,thank you!

Kahapon walang text and tawag tapos nakita sa system "request scheduled" which is wala naman notification. Tapos ngayon walang emik kahit nag text na sa number nang nadeliver nong unang cod na ngayon 2nd time ewan pag ma deliver pa today is dec 9,23 at 3:38pm. Sana naman shoppee ma deliver nyo na kasi may dadating pang cod orders. Nakaka disappoint lang po.

The rider only contacted me once, Ive requested a favor for a reschedule but within the same day but instead he returned it to the seller

The delivery guy name Arnold took the extra 50 pesos. Sabi nya 560 daw ang parcel, which is nakita ko ang price is 516 lang...I gave him 570 ,nanghingi sya ng 1 peso at sinuklian nya ang anak ko ng 5 pesos.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to deliver my parcel, [SPEPH03188462408B]. This is the second time my package has been returned to sender without any attempt to deliver it. I find it unacceptable that I have received no notification of attempted delivery, nor any explanation for the return. This is a clear indication of serious system issues within your organization. And also I was really disappointed with one of your riders misbehaviour who owned this number: 0975 083 8531. HE SHOULD BE TREATING ME WITH RESPECT BECAUSE I APPROACH HIM PROPERLY WITH MY BEST BEHAVIOR, but then disappointedly, seems like he's blaming me because he cannot deliver my order due to the fact that he's delivering a lot of parcel. Is that the way you treat your customer? Raising your voice against me? Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to your main office and considering filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
