The estimated delivery date is only until 02/19/2024 but the parcel got delivered on 02/21/2024. The rider did not even wait for me. He promised me he will redeliver today, 02/22/2024. But the parcel in now being returned to sender. I need the parcel because it has the gown I need for wedding tomorrow.

Delivery sucks! Receiver unable to answer the call for the FIRST ATTEMPT delivery the rider cancelled it. Then I reach out to the rider immediately and just answered me "Di na jud mana kog deliver. Na cancel na to" LIKE WHAT? Then I informed him that its 3 attempts for delivery right? And answered me again "Wala man gud ka response ganina" LIKE HELLO? THAT'S HOW YOU DO SERVICE? And when I check the app to track my parcel naka 2nd Attempt na stating "Recipient missed the delivery" HUYYY KAKIYAW GUD? Nga wala may nireach out nako for 2nd delivery. MEKUS2 HA? Then reach out again and as expected received an answer na "Wala nako gabyahe man. Wala na nako ang parcel" So pasa-pasa na this? I CAN ACTUALLY SEND SCREENSHOTS SADLY WALAY OPTION ANI NGA FEEDBACK. Rider's phone number: 09058472275. AND FOR THE RECORD INYO PHONE NUMBER SA HUB WAY GAMIT AS WELL. Anyway, just venting it out kay its not the first time so we all have limits in tolerating bad customer service. Please improve how you do your service.

Please inform the customer ahead of time if you can't deliver the item and put some effort to your work if you can't contact the number that we use you can txt it directly what are the use of your company phone if you didn't use it properly. I'm waiting for my parcel because I already paid it.

Pls call the buyer if the item has arrived. Don't put it on hold without calling the buyer.
