My orders was just cancelled. No text or call. No update. I was so excited to receive my orders when it shows out for delivery but unfortunately all orders was cancelled due to " Recipient Cancelled" which i never did. So unprofessional. I am so disappointed.

Tried to deliver my parcel only once. No provided contact number of the rider that supposed to deliver the item so can be contacted incase of emergencies. Rider did not leave a message when cannot call the number because of bad reception. Shopee riders supposed to attempt delivering items three times but mine’s not. Inaccurate address??? Other riders delivered my parcel successfully in the provided address.
