They will return my parcel to the seller and noted on the delivery attemp that were unsuccessful without calling or sending me. This morning I received a text but suddenly when I check on the shopee app they noted it as "return to seller". I waited that parcel long time.

Rider did not deliever my parcel but on the shopee app it was indicated that my parcel was already delivered. Poor service, the rider did not even contact me.

They did not deliver my parcel i was on the house the whole time but no text nmor call from them!!!! So hassle since its for my business.

The driver did not call or text me regarding the 2nd attempt of delivery. I waited for hours and the result was the driver was not able to contact me daw when in fact the signal of my phone is strong. I would not create a complaint if it only happened once but no, it happened twice already. I hope this does not happen again.

The item is in your possession last 2 days, the parcel is out for delivery today in 9:42AM, but until now the delivery is so delayed. Please don't give excuses if my item was so heavy or large. Try to talk to the rider to give considerations to all buyers. Thanks
