Delivery sucks! Receiver unable to answer the call for the FIRST ATTEMPT delivery the rider cancelled it. Then I reach out to the rider immediately and just answered me "Di na jud mana kog deliver. Na cancel na to" LIKE WHAT? Then I informed him that its 3 attempts for delivery right? And answered me again "Wala man gud ka response ganina" LIKE HELLO? THAT'S HOW YOU DO SERVICE? And when I check the app to track my parcel naka 2nd Attempt na stating "Recipient missed the delivery" HUYYY KAKIYAW GUD? Nga wala may nireach out nako for 2nd delivery. MEKUS2 HA? Then reach out again and as expected received an answer na "Wala nako gabyahe man. Wala na nako ang parcel" So pasa-pasa na this? I CAN ACTUALLY SEND SCREENSHOTS SADLY WALAY OPTION ANI NGA FEEDBACK.
