If there is a rider assigned for delivery, pls include his mobile #.. So if ever they cannot reach us, then we will be the one to contact him... Not that, when we track our parcel, we found out that it is unsuccesful because the owner is unreachable, where in fact, they don't even called or text...

1week na parcel ko pabalik balik na lang sa bulan hub. Bakit hindi dinidiliver??? Ni attempt ng delivery wala puro delivery rider assigned lang nakalagay..

Pls put the Delivery rider name and contact number, naghintay ako ng matagal sa parcel ko ng matagal tapos my work ako d palagi my tao sa bahay tapos mag dedeliver sa oras na nka alis na ako ng bahay saan ako tatawag or txt kasi wala nakalagay

I am waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered. I texted several messages on the rider but he doesn't deliver the parcel. Only to found out that he made a remarks on the app that I was not at the specified address.
