The rider(Adria Aurea) claimed the parcel for herself. she did go to my house, but only to pic the parcel along with my house to show as proof of delivery, after capturing some picture she immediately go without calling and knocking on the house, it was raining at that time that's why we didn't notice the sound of her tricycle

Deliver to delivery address, not somewhere else. Tracking states delivered; I have not received. Proof of delivery appears to be taken in your delivery hub office.
