wla kayong maayos na response. matagal na sa hub ninyo ang item di nyo parin ina out for delivery. hindi maayos ang customer service reps ninyo. nabulok na sainyo ang items di nyo parin dinedeliver. tinatanong na saan ang hub ninyo para ipick-up ang item pero di nyo binibigay

Speed up the delivery. My parcel is already in their hub for 2 weeks then suddenly, nasa Pangasinan nanaman daw.

He didn't call me back and deliver my parcel. He told me.to.wait for his call but never call.althroughout the rest of the day. I call the rider but he rejected the call, why is that? It always happen like this. Please improve your service, you are making customer upset.
