The delivery rider wasn't doing well his job, it was stated that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful tho I didn't receive any calls, I even called him using another cell# but he even blamed me coz my #was unreachable. Well in fact my house is just located along the hi-way which is very easy to locate even if he were not able to reach my #, I was just wondering if how many times he tried to make a call? Or maybe he probably did once? Like duhhhh

Zero star rating for spx express. It is not deserving to receive even a single star rating. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

The recipient should be ALWAYS contacted by the delivery man BECAUSE in my case I have two orders that the mode of payment is SPAYLATER(INSTALLMENT) but the order is not delivered .But if my order is on cash delivery,the rider will contact me .I just only have problem with ur courier if it's on SPAYLATER payment here in Cagayan de Oro I think the delivery man should be monitored so that this will not happen to other recipient especially of they paid already the parcel through Spaylater or online banking

Matagal ma deliver from warehouse to customer

Yung rider nyo manloloko. Early in the morning nag text na may ihahatid na parcel tapos mga bandang 1pm tumawag ihahatid na daw ang parcel tapos umabot nalang ng 5pm mahigot ni anino ni rider walang nagpakita. Text na ako ng text tawag na ako ng tawag walang pake c rider. Ang gagaling ng mga rider nyo mga walang kwenta. This is not my first time to experience this maraming beses na po. - 4/18/2024 4:50:11

Palitan nyo po mga rider nyo walang kwenta! Ang tatamad mag hatid ng parcel kaya narireturn to sender. Di lang ako ang nakaka experience marami kami.
