Please inform the customer ahead of time if you can't deliver the item and put some effort to your work if you can't contact the number that we use you can txt it directly what are the use of your company phone if you didn't use it properly. I'm waiting for my parcel because I already paid it.

Sanavgawin nila nang maayos trabaho nila. Tawagan nila Ang buyer para Hindi ma pending Ang item. Inform nila na dumating na Ang parcel. Nakakainis

Pangalawang beses na magkasunod nato na hindi dineliver parcel ko kairita di manlang nag reach out sakin yung mga rider paki ayos po pagpili ng mga hina hire nyong rider katatamad and may out for delivery nanaman akong parcel and until now dipa tumatawag yung rider sakin. I thought hindi lang talaga nila matawagan no. Ko but then I tried calling my no. Ok naman sya nagriring naman so sadjang tamad lang mga rider nyo isssss paki ayos needed po lahat ng parcel na inoorder ko.!!!

Your system sucks. I have this order that's tagged as out for delivery but upod checking on mid day, it's already tagged as unsuccessful. I texted the rider and he told me he can't contact me. When its him who i cannot reach after my reply. We cannot identify the rider unlike with J&T where the name of the rider is indicated in the tracking once it's out for delivery. The identity of the rider is important so that if customers have issues with them, we can pinpoint them. Your riders are lazy and rude. If only i have an option in the app to choose a different courier I would and will never use your services. It really sucks. I have experienced this with you not just once, nor twice, but many many times.

My parcel was never delivered and was marked as unsuccessful delivery beyond delivery hours

It's been 5 days(Monday) since my parcel arrived at Palo...The delivery was always unsuccessful due to insufficient time and yesterday was the 4th time.I don't know what's happening and it's annoying.i hope u could check my parcel and deliver it immediately.
