Hindi tumatawag yung rider niyo na si Raven at ilalagay niya sa shopee na Buyer Requested for reschedule which is hindi naman nangyari, walang text or tawag na ginawa yang rider niyo. Pwede ba minsan ilagay niyo contact number ng rider at kami na lang magcocontact dahil sa kanila na hindi nila magawa, nakakaabala kayo ng order eh. Tatamad ng rider niyo kumontak!!

Hindi po nagtext ang rider nyo na si Ereberto Jr..na out for delivery na po yong parcel ko,at worst pa,nilagay nya buyer refused to receive which is hindi ko nmn alam mgdeliver sya..Piliin nyo po yong rider na masipag magdeliver at ngtratrabaho ng maayos...RTS nya yong parcel ko kaailngan namin at inaantay ko yon...

Shopee Express - PALO HUB I actually ordered something for my sister and paid it already. My sister politely requested to leave parcel to the guard since she was away and it was paid already. But delivery rider said these exact words "Ma'am adi na ak coffee matter papabalikon mo pa ako ha saint paul, kalapastangan ini". And even said "puta" on phone call. It's understandable po na magalit since receiver wasn't there in the receiving address. However, it would be better not to swear/cuss to customers like that.
