My parcel was tagged as delivered but I didn't received any of my order. It was two parcels and paid already. Should be a person who received the parcel as a poof of delivery and not just the receipt of delivery...how can we find out who was that person received my parcel? I really don't mind the refund.. I want my parcels to be delivered. How poor is your service, please contact the rider or provide his contact number so I will be the one to call him personally. I am really disappointed

The parcel is still on Polangui and didn't deliver yet. It's on the polangui hub 2 days ago.

I went to their hub to report that my sim card was lost and give them a new number to call, but unfortunately there's nothing happens.. My order was return to the seller because the delivery was unsuccessful..

Napaka tagal nyo na mag process ng order tapos tamad pa rider nyo dii manlang dineliver, nung nakaraan pa sa morong hub mga parcel ko ahh hindi nyo Paden dinedeliver nakatengga Lang. Dapat sainyo nirereport. Nakakadismaya kayo. Mag Sara na kayo Kung di nyo kayang ideliver sa exact date na nakalagay sa delivery time namin napaka tamad nyooooo

The order was supposed to be delivered on May 06,2024. Based on the logistic data, the said parcel has not yet been moved for 2 consecutive days on the date of delivery (May 06,2024). Until now, I haven't yet received my order. Hoping for the management to allow customers to pick up their parcel due to the lack of delivery riders designated to deliver the said package. There's numerous of complaints regarding to their delivery services specifically here in Southern Leyte. Most of the customers were resellers and distributors whom badly needed their product. We deeply understand that lapses are inevitable in a company yet the said problem was recurring and has not yet addressed by the management. Hoping all the shops in the online platform has the applicable options to choose on which shipping courier is the customer's preference. Looking Forward for the SPX management to resolve this kind of issue. Thank you.

There was no delivery attempt made. The rider called me during the night informing me that my parcel be delivered today. Upon calling the rider today, he said that my parcel is for RTS and can't be delivered.
