I want to report or escalate the GARCIA HUB for their poor delivery service. Must have urgency in delivery. My order with tracking no SPEPH040573048536 is stuck for 3 days na and yet no movement until today, the reason is no available 4 wheels for delivery what the fuck I dont care, thats your job, I paid for delivery charge and yet they asked me to pick up the items???? This is not acceptable. I want my order to be delivered today. Expedite delivery now!!!! This is so DISGUSTING and FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

What is in that Mandaue DC? Why almost all parcel that has been there took too long to be transported? My delivery date was even changed from July 3 to July 5 🥺. And I don't even think that it will come on July 5. I wish it will 🥺. I don't even know if the staff of such company will read this. Very slow! Slower than a turtle.

TO SPX EXPRESS (GENTRI HUB) BULOK! POOR MANAGEMENT! IT’S BEEN SO DAMN LONG AND MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED YET. SHOPEE KEEPS ON ADJUSTING THE DELIVERY DATE WHICH IS SO DISAPPOINTING AND ANNOYING, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. IT HAS ALREADY CAUSED A DRASTIC AMOUNT OF INCONVENIENCE TO A LOT OF BUYERS!!

Bakit po hindi pa na delever yung parcel ko 3days na ngayun last attemp na wlang txt or tawag yung rider paki ayos naman po yung trabaho ninyo....

Shoppe express bais city branch riders are lazy they will call another number for them to cancel the delivery. 2 days in a row they did not delivery the item without calling the exact number given. "delivery attempt was unsuccessful:Unable to Contact Recipient".

Hindi ko matanggap order ko pero merong picture ang rider ng parcel ko pero hindi sa akin binigay hindi ko alam bat niya ginawa yon pero tangina nya. Dalawang beses pa ginawa dahil siguro sa presyo ng order ko 5 pesos lang dahil sa vouncher na ginamit ko di nya binigay order ko

I am from Iloilo City. Just today, 27 June, I got Shopee notification that my parcel will again be returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts -- on 25 and 26 June. This is NOT true. Yes, I received a text notification in the morning of the 26th; unfortunately, I was not able to take the call in the afternoon since I was facilitating a meeting. BUT there was NO delivery attempt on the 25th. If ever there was, I had no prior advice. I understand that after 2 failed delivery attempts, you return the parcels to sender as a policy. To note, SPX reported that on the 25th "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" due to "insufficient time for delivery". If, indeed, there was an attempt, I would like to believe you cannot count this against me. Please note further that the text message (0964 1919914) and the call (0946 7349411) came from different numbers. Thus, my assistant, who I requested to wait for a possible call for delivery, did not recognize the calling number. After the meeting, I tried to call and send a message to the calling number though. But there was no response. The delivery in question contains food supplements for me and my ailing ward. Missing them means missing the required daily dosages. That's how crucial your service is to us. This is the second time I experienced this poor service. The first time it happened, I decided to avoid your courier. I don't know how it happened, but I could not uncheck you on my Shoppee courier options, anymore. I wished to directly contact the SPX Hub in Lapaz, iloilo City BUT I cannot find the contact number. I was lucky to have come across this platform. I am not sure if the problem lies on your system or your riders. Either way, please do try to address it -- not only for the good of your company BUT for us, your clients, too. Salamat gid in advance for paying attention to this concern.
