I understand it may took a little longer than expected due to typhoon, but for the parcel to get stuck at Virac Hub for almost 5days just before the typhoon even hit? That's unacceptable. Just let the buyer know if you'll deliver it or not rather than letting them wait for nothing!

Abysmal service, delayed delivery.,, I suggest putting in your notification or tracking the name and mobile number of the rider. looks my parcel tracking no. SPEPH041994400157 returned to send w/out trying to deliver it. I have been waiting for delivery for more than a week.

If the recipient cannot be contacted (I.was on sick leave that time), the rider.should.have asked the guard of our school because the address is clearly indicated. Common sense, a school has a guard where he can check the whereabouts of the employee. I left the payment with the guard and gave instructions because I was sick. Call logs should.0 second.in his screenshot, that means the call did not push through. In the rider's proof of delivery, he was already infront of the gate of the school, but he did not do any effort of asking the guard.
